He provides an all round business advisory service for businesses in order that they are best placed to the correct decisions to move forward and become more profitable. Tim is also well versed in income tax , corporation tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax and can assist in your tax planning.

Outside work:

Tim is a keen golfer and a member of Mold Golf Club, where he holds a handicap of 3.

Keith has detailed experience in the corporate sector, encompassing audit of varying business, corporation tax and the preparation of management accounts.  Keith specialises in the accounts of limited companies and can also provide advice on incorporation.  

Outside work:

Keith retains a keen interest in Football and supports Liverpool FC and is a keen listener of 80's music. Keith also has an interest in current affairs.

An ex-Inspector of Taxes who has spent 32 years within both public and private practice.

Mike has experience in all aspects of income and Capital Gains tax.

Outside work:

Mike is a Church Treasurer and also involved in Children’s/Young people’s work and other Church based activities.  Also an armchair rugby fan and enjoys walking.

Andrew Stephens

Accounts and Audit Manager

Qualifications:

Over 17 years experience within the practice

Andrew has detailed experience of the preparation of accounts for varying types of business in addition to his experience in the audit of corporate clients including, in particular, the audit of Social Clubs and Solicitors.  This work also encompasses knowledge of VAT, payroll and taxation.  Increasingly, Andrew prepares and maintains clients records on a monthly basis which includes preparation of management accounts and the use of a number of proprietary accounts packages such as Sage and TAS Books.

Outside work:

When not spending time with his family, Andrew is a keen member of a local mixed choir which has included singing tours of a number of European countries.
